With You was founded in 2023 with one mission: to be the backup first responders can count on—when the weight of the job becomes too much to carry alone.

We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the mental, emotional, and spiritual health of first responders and their families. From firefighters and law enforcement officers to paramedics and dispatchers, we serve those who serve us—because behind every uniform is a human soul carrying stories of trauma, sacrifice, and resilience.

First responders are trained to run toward danger, to stay strong under pressure, and to put others first. But too often, that same strength becomes silence when it comes to their own struggles. At With You, we break that silence and that stigma. We create safe spaces, offer trauma-informed resources, peer support, counseling connections, wellness events, and real community—so no one ever feels like they have to fight alone.

Whether it's through our critical incident response support, our training courses like CISM, or simply being present in times of crisis, we stand in the gap when others can't. We are here—shoulder to shoulder—with the ones who answer every call.
